Cereal Mallow Chocolate Chip Cookies
I’ve been finding joy in Christina Tosi’s Bake Club during this quarantine and tried making her Cornflake Chocolate Chip Marshmallow Cookie. With some tweaks and a couple of test batches, I’ve come up with my own take on the crisp, buttery, chewy cookie. The result is an incredibly indulgent treat that’s got crisp edges like a Belgian lace cookie, crunchy cornflakes, and a gooey center with melty dark and milk chocolate chunks and molten marshmallow bits.
A buttery cookie that has cornflake crunch, melty dark and milk chocolate, and molten marshmallow. One order is half a dozen cookies. All orders come in a box.
